Unintrusive stamp (“R. & R. Clark, ltd. / 13 JUL 1935 / EDINBURGH”) infrequently found on some lower margins throughout both volumes. Half red morocco with gilt ruling to inner margins and red buckram over covers. Spine gilt in compartments with 6 raised bands. Some mild rubbing to corners and minor chips to spine bands or outer hinges, with little losses of leather. A very good copy.
